Speak-Tech Refund Policy

Organizing a seminar is a complex task that requires many commitments to seminar speakers, caterers, meeting place providers, etc. Please notify Speak-Tech Inc. of cancallations and substitutions as soon as possible.

A full refund will be provided if the customer cancels via email or phone by 5:00 pm local time seven days before the seminar. Substitutions can be made at no charge at any time.

Full credit toward a future seminar of the customer's choosing will be provided if the customer cancels via email or phone by 5:00 pm local time the day before the scheduled seminar. Substitutions can be made at no charge at any time.

In the event of a seminar cancellation, you will receive a full refund.

Training Refunds

Refund policies for training services will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
