Speak-Tech was created by John Goodhue. As President of the 1,200 member Twin Cities Oracle Users Group, John saw a niche for topic-specific seminars that would supplement business sponsored classes and created Speak-Tech.
The Twin Cities Oracle Users Group is an organization dedicated to sharing Oracle expertise and experiences. Quarterly meetings are held at locations around the Twin Cities. We welcome your comments and inquiries.
